This 5 week session will include:

Workout Plan/Nutrition PLan/ Initial Fitness Assessment

  • At the first Fit Camp class you will meet with all of the other campers to go through the nutrition plan. You will receive exercise recommendations for the days you're not in boot camp class. You will also go through proper form for the key exercise movements and complete an initial assessment so that you will be able to measure your success from your 5 weeks of camp. This class as well as your final assessment class are in addition to your full 5 weeks of boot camp classes.

Fit Camp/Stretching Classes

  • You will register for one of two sessions of Fit Camp. One session will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 7:30am. The other session will be Tuesday and Thursday at 8pm and Saturday at 10:15am. Stretch classes will be offered on Wednesday evenings at 5:45 and Saturday mornings at 11:15.
  • Fit Camp Boot Camp Classes: No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This group training session is designed for those that want to see a change in their bodies as well as give a kick to your current fitness routine. Intense interval training with boot camp-style drills will keep you jumping, hopping, but mostly sweating during this 45 minute-long session. Each class is different but all will focus on strength, flexibility, aerobic power and endurance. This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings, and Coach Christie will give you the motivational push you need to succeed.

Online Support system with access to Fit Camp coaches

Final Fitness Assessment
  • You will complete your final assessment at the last Fit Camp class so that you can see how much progress you've made. This class will be in addition to the initial meeting day and your full 5 weeks of camp - so the program will be complete October 7th/8th.
