This yoga-based stretch class will help you increase flexibility, improve range of motion in your joints, improve circulation, and relieve stress. Everyone needs to stretch, especially those who exercise regularly in order to prevent injury. Yoga is an ancient practice that combines exercise, breathing, and meditation to unite the mind, body, and spirit. As a result, physical and emotional balance are achieved, making us happy and healthy. The practice of yoga involves moving through a series poses with controlled breathing. It can be practiced by people of all fitness levels to reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve muscle tone, and detoxify the body.

Like yoga, pilates is also a form of mind-body exercise. Pilates focuses on core strength and spinal alignment. Our core - the midsection of the body which includes pelvis, abs, back, and chest - provides the basis for all movement. Working your core muscles creates a strong and stable base so that you can optimize the strength and flexibility of each limb. Pilates incorporates breathing techniques for a refreshing mind-body workout that reduces stress, creates long, lean muscles, flat abdominals, and a strong back.
Wednesdays at 7:30pm
Join our trainer Nathan Wednesday mornings at 8:30am for Hard Core strength and conditioning class. This interval class for men and women provides an intense cardio and core strength workout to create the lean and strong physique we all want!
Saturdays 9am
Feeling stressed-out and over-worked? Just looking for a good sweat? Come and join us in FitBox! FitBox is a cardio kickboxing class for all ages and fitness levels. Release the stress of the day and work up a sweat with fun kickboxing combinations. Each combination is built step-by-step so that you can first master the choreography, then kick up the energy and take it to the max. This class is all about intensity and provides a great workout for everyone, from beginners who prefer to take it low and slow to experienced exercisers ready to push it full force!

Turbo Kick is an action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. Each fat-blasting workout includes a warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training, and a cool-down that all work together to transform your body! This high-energy, fat-burning workout incorporates traditional high and low impact moves with athletic aerobic movements as well as strength training. In this class, you’ll get a blast of cardio all the while having the feeling of a great workout. You will sweat in this class! All ages and ability levels are welcome.

Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
Group Training - REAL training for REAL RESULTS!
No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class is designed for those that want to see a change in their bodies as well as give a kick to your current fitness routine. Intense interval training with “boot-camp” style drills will keep you jumping, hopping, but mostly sweating during this 45 minute-long class. Each class is different but all will focus on strength, flexibility, aerobic power and endurance. This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.
